Engraving machine safety operation precautions

The following basic precautions must be observed to prevent electric shock, personal injury, fire and other accidents. For your safety with others, please read the following safety precautions carefully before use.
1. Keep it clean: Keep the workplace clean and the environment is very messy and easily lead to accidents.
2. Attention to the environment: The engraving machine should not be placed in a dark and humid place. Do not work in places with flammable liquids and gases.
3. Beware of electric shock: Avoid direct contact with the spindle, power output, controller interface, etc. during work to prevent electric shock.
4. Keep away from processing: Keep outsiders and children close to the workplace, and visitors who are not related to homework must maintain a safe distance. When processing, the operator's hand should be away from the machining spindle; when the machining is stopped, the power supply is cut off, and no outsiders or children are allowed to touch.
5. Reasonable use: According to the reasonable work flow allowed by the system, the processing efficiency is higher, the effect is better and safer. It is not possible to use heavy power spindles to work hard, and do not use machining tools indiscriminately.
6. Appropriate clothing: When working, do not wear loose clothes and jewelry, so as not to be caught in the CNC machine. It is best to wear non-slip rubber shoes, long hair should wear a work cap.
7. Wear eye-protection glasses: When handling metal or multi-chip materials, be sure to wear eye-protection glasses to protect your eyes.
8. The connection is secure: Do not pull the connection cable or pull out the power plug. Keep cables away from heat and flammable materials while avoiding contact with sharp objects.
9. Fix the workpiece: Fix the material before processing. It is absolutely forbidden to fix by hand.
10. Proper maintenance: Keep the equipment clean and regular maintenance in order to fully utilize the equipment performance and extend its service life. Timely lubrication and regular inspection and maintenance ensure the safety and reliability of the entire CNC equipment.
11. Cut off the power in time: When replacing the tool, the motor power of the machining spindle must be cut off. When replacing the machining material, the power of the CNC equipment must be turned off.
12. Remove the wrench: The wrench of the machining spindle must be removed before starting the machine.
13. Keep alert: Keep a safe distance when working, keep your head clear, and do not operate when you are tired.
14. Power supply voltage regulation and grounding: AC220V/50HZ power supply must have good grounding. When the voltage is unstable, it must be equipped with a regulated power supply.
